In July 2010 following my return trip from a weeks dive in Egypt. I signed up for the Advanced Open Water Course. I now felt i wanted to take more control of my own diving. Up to this point i still pretty much reliant on my more experienced buddy. So progressing onto the Advanced Open Water would hopefully give me the confidence i was still lacking... Capenwray was the venue for the course and now becoming accustomed to diving in cooler waters, thanks to my Drysuit course ;-)... The following 2 days where great fun. The group was small. The course was well structured and once again the level of instruction was faultless and very professional.. The instructors where encouraging,very informative and i felt totally at ease.I actually felt i was diving more independantly and feeling more comfortable with using my instruments , so therefore more relaxed and in more control.The Course gave me a much need boost and would strongly recommend it if your looking to take that further step to diving independantly....
